Meanwhile, current Kia owners can watch videos about their vehicle, get information on their warranty, ask about vehicle maintenance, request roadside assistance, and receive updates on recalls.
Kian Mexico is proud to call itself the cousin of Kia Motors America’s AI-powered digital assistant, Kian. Kian is programmed to guide consumers through the robust shopping experience much like Kian of Mexico, but it also includes advanced features like competitive comparison, and it can also handle hundreds of ownership needs. Kia owners in America simply need to message Kian in order to make payments, request roadside assistance, get advice on replacing lost keys, troubleshoot mechanical problems and more.
